Why this is different
I'm not an analyst who covers Taiwan from a distance. I lived and worked there for six years — based in Taipei, working inside local companies in Mandarin, navigating the same dynamics your future partners will put you through. My Master's degree from National Taiwan University was conducted in Chinese. I was routinely the only European in the room.
I'm also based between Europe and Taiwan, which means I stay current on both sides — not consulting on a place I left years ago.
